Made in Hungary. Gluten-free according to the manufacturer, with no added flavour enhancers or colourings.

Cooking tips

Try on steaks, burgers, pork and vegetables. The smoked salt contributes smoky flavour even when cooking on a hob. Apply a thin, even layer before cooking. Start with a small amount: the blend already contains salt. With sugar-containing rubs, avoid prolonged exposure to fierce direct heat. Adjust the amount to your taste and cooking method.

Ingredients

smoked Praid salt, mixed peppercorns, brown sugar, garlic.

Care and handling

Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Use a clean, dry spoon and follow the date on the packaging.
