Cooking tips

Shape the patties in the mould, then press the meat briefly at the start of cooking on a hot surface. Add the seasoning without repeatedly squeezing the burger. The mould is for shaping, not for hot cooking.

Ingredients – Smashburger 250 g

Praid salt, garlic, onion, black pepper, smoked paprika, dextrose, thyme.

Care and handling

Wash the mould after contact with raw meat. Hand-wash, dry and lightly oil the cast iron press; keep its wooden handle out of flames and the oven. Store the seasoning tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
