Cooking tips

Portion the meat, press gently into shape and release with the removable base. Use the smaller insert for mini burgers or make space for a filling. This is a shaping tool, not a hot cooking press.

Care and handling

Wash after contact with raw meat and dry thoroughly. Keep raw meat separate from ready-to-eat food. Do not expose the plastic mould to heat.
