Diameter: 17 cm
Weight: 1 kg

Cooking tips

The ribbed base adds weight to the food and improves contact with the cooking surface. Press a burger briefly at the start, rather than squeezing it throughout cooking. Keep the wooden handle out of flames and the oven.

Care and handling

Warm the cast iron gradually. After use, wash with warm water, dry completely and apply a thin layer of cooking oil. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher. Maintain the seasoned surface and avoid sudden temperature changes. Handles become hot: use dry heat-resistant gloves.
