Cooking tips

Try with fish, seafood and vegetables. Dill, lemon balm and orange peel create a herbal, gently citrus-led profile. Apply a thin, even layer before cooking. Start with a small amount: the blend already contains salt. With sugar-containing rubs, avoid prolonged exposure to fierce direct heat. Adjust the amount to your taste and cooking method.

Ingredients

Praid salt, garlic, onion, black pepper, tomato powder, coriander, thyme, parsley, ginger, rosemary, dill, lemon balm, turmeric, orange peel, fenugreek seeds, nutmeg.
