Cooking tips

Preheat gradually and pat ingredients dry before searing. The raised ribs lift food above the grooves; cook in batches for better surface contact.

Care and handling

Warm the cast iron gradually. After use, wash with warm water, dry completely and apply a thin layer of cooking oil. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher. Maintain the seasoned surface and avoid sudden temperature changes. Handles become hot: use dry heat-resistant gloves.
