Cooking tips

Use for beef, steaks and burgers when you want pepper and garlic at the centre. Season lightly at first because salt is already part of the blend. Apply a thin, even layer before cooking. Start with a small amount: the blend already contains salt. With sugar-containing rubs, avoid prolonged exposure to fierce direct heat. Adjust the amount to your taste and cooking method.
