BBQ seasoning Black 1000 g – Milestone66

Black BBQ seasoning with black pepper, garlic and rosemary for beef, steaks and bold grilled flavours.

Product details

• Net weight: 1000 g
• Made in Hungary. Gluten-free according to the manufacturer, with no added flavour enhancers or colourings.

Cooking tips

Use for beef, steaks and burgers when you want pepper and garlic at the centre. Season lightly at first because salt is already part of the blend. The 1 kg pack suits regular BBQ cooking and larger batches. Apply a thin, even layer before cooking. Start with a small amount: the blend already contains salt. With sugar-containing rubs, avoid prolonged exposure to fierce direct heat. Adjust the amount to your taste and cooking method.

Ingredients

sea salt, black pepper, brown sugar, garlic, coriander, onion, mustard seeds, rosemary.
