Two cast iron pieces, three ways to cook: a deep pan, a shallow pan and a lidded Dutch oven.

Product details

• Diameter: 26.6 cm
• Height: 7.9 cm
• Weight: 5.5 kg

Cooking tips

Use the two pieces separately for frying, or together for braising and bread baking. The shallow piece serves as both a lid and a pan.

Care and handling

Warm the cast iron gradually. After use, wash with warm water, dry completely and apply a thin layer of cooking oil. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher. Maintain the seasoned surface and avoid sudden temperature changes. Handles become hot: use dry heat-resistant gloves.
